Rick Tocchet Confirms Two Huge Returns For The Flyers.

The Philadelphia Flyers are getting significant reinforcements on Sunday.

According to comments made by Flyers head coach Rick Tocchet, both Flyers forwards Travis Konecny and Owen Tippett will return to the lineup after both men experienced extended layoffs due to injury.

Konecny has been out of the lineup for 10 games and the return of an integral piece of the Flyers offense will be a welcome sight. Konecny has only appeared in 5 games for the Flyers this season, picking up 3 assists over those games.

The situation hasn't been quite as dire for Tippett who has appeared in 9 games for the Flyers this season with a single goal and a single assist to his name for 2 points on the season.

The Flyers have lost 3 in a row and welcome the Utah Mammoth to Philadelphia on Sunday, with the team no doubt hoping that these returns will help them turn things around.
