The veteran forward gets a fresh start with a Stanley Cup contender.
This just in, the Minnesota Wild have claimed veteran forward Robby Fabbri off of waivers from the St. Louis Blues.
The 30 year old forward has played 15 games with the Blues this season, scoring one goal and four points. He managed eight goals and 16 points in 44 games with the Anaheim Ducks last season.
He now joins a Wild team that is deep at the forward position, so it'll be interesting to see how he slots into the lineup. You have to imagine though that the 2019 Stanley Cup champion is licking his chops though for another shot at a championship with a strong Minnesota team.
