Ron Hextall has been one of the busier general managers this offseason and that trend continued this week with the signing of 19 year old Radel Fazleev, the Flyers 6th round draft pick in the 2014 NHL entry draft. Fazleev, a left winger, has spent the past two seasons of his hockey career with the WHL's Calgary Hitmen where he has put up solid regular season numbers, and even better post season numbers. In two seasons Fazellev has record 76 points in 109 regular season games and has shined for the Hitmen in the playoffs with 21 points in 23 post season games. Fazleev's new deal is an entry level contract and he's expected to stay with the Hitmen for one more season before making the move up. Image courtesy Key Stone Press.
