Rumor: AHL goalie's performance could put NHL goalie on the trading block.

Teams on the market for a goaltender will be paying close attention to this week-end's AHL Western Conference Final. The final is especially important for fans of the Canuck's who will likely have their goaltender of the future determined. Canucks GM Jim Benning is in Utica to scout Jacob Markstrom who many believe could take Eddie Lack's job next season. If Markstrom continues to impress during the AHL playoffs it's almost certain that we will see the Canucks trading Lack during the offseason, and given how weak the goaltending market is this summer there will be demand for his services.
