Alexander Radulov in the mix to bring Star player in Montreal next season?

Radulov finds himself headed to free agency after a very strong season for the Canadiens and according to one report he is putting some heavy pressure on the Canadiens and general manager Marc Bergevin by asking for huge money on his next deal.

Some are reporting that the deal is almost done between the Montreal Canadiens and Radulov.

A new report from Montreal Canadiens insider Richard Labbe who is “very close the case” Alexander Radulov would be in the mix to bring Ilya Kovalchuk player in Montreal next season.

According to leafsnation, “With no contract currently in place, it’ll be up to him and his agent to figure out his preferred destinations, and the Devils will go from there to talk to those teams. If his list is short, the cost might be as low as a 2nd-3rd round pick, or a B-level prospect. If it’s longer, then the story obviously changes and the Leafs would be wise to back away.”
