It appears that a former National Hockey League forward has drawn the interest of NHL teams after spending his past three seasons in the Continental Hockey League.

TSN insider Darren Dreger is reporting that a number of NHL organizations have expressed interest in former Ottawa Senators forward Stephane Da Costa who has been playing for CSKA Moscow, one of the KHL's premier teams.

In his best KHL season Da Costa had 30 goals and 32 assists for 62 points in just 46 games, so it's easy to see why teams woulds be interested in his explosive offensive skills.

Dreger has not elaborated on what teams have shown interest in Da Costa, but teams with a need on the right side of their offense would be the most likely candidates.
