Rumor: Major announcement involving Habs Jonathan Drouin is coming.

The Montreal Canadiens may be expecting a major announcement from recently acquired forward Jonathan Drouin.

It appears that Drouin will look to follow in the footsteps of former Habs defenseman P.K. Subban on Tuesday when he is expected to make a major charitable announcement according to TSN 690.

Drouin is expected to make a ten year commitment to the Centre Hospitalier de l'Universite de Montreal, drawing parallels to the long-term commitment made by Subban to Montreal's Children's Hospital.

The amount that Drouin will commit to donating is unknown at this time, but after signing a big new contract with the Habs it seems likely that he will be making a sizable contribution. 

An incredibly classy move by Drouin if this rumor turns out to be accurate.
