There have been rumors circulating suggesting that Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury has demanded a trade, and following the performance of youngster Matt Murray in the most recent Stanley Cup Playoffs, it's not hard to imagine why he would do so.
The rumors could simply be just that, rumors, but they were insistent enough that Fleury felt the need to address them, and while you would expect him to deny it to the emdia under any circuimstance, the fact that he was so adamanet in his denial made him rather convincing.
“No. No. No. I've always said this is like my home,” Fleury said as per TribLive.com. “I wish I could play here my whole career. I try to do my best for the team and for the organization.”
It doesn't sound life if a move does come, as many believe it will, it will be a result of demands from Fleury.
