Rumor: New Canucks reverse retro jersey leaked early.

The National Hockey League's Reverse Retro jerseys have been a huge success since the league introduced the idea, and as you might expect fans are once again excited to see what their respective teams will come up with next.

While we likely will have to wait quite some time before we get an official look at the next set of Reverse Retro jerseys from the NHL, we may have just been surprised with an early preview of one jersey in particular. Over the weekend images began to circulate online of a jersey that appears to look like what could be the Vancouver Canucks Reverse Retro jersey for the upcoming 2022 - 2023 NHL regular season.

I'm calling this one a rumor for the time being because as of this writing we have been unable to authenticate whether or not this is the real deal, but as you will see in the pictures published below this is either the real thing or a very well crafted forgery.

Although they have been unable to verify whether or not the jersey is an authentic product, Icethetics is reporting that they do believe this to be the real deal. They were notified of its existence by several of their followers after it was reportedly listed for sale on Facebook. We are unaware of what became of that listing or whether or not the item was sold.
