Thursday night, 14 teams were in action and even more action was taking place in the rumor circle. Hockey Feed provides you with an update from the speculations that were heard during the games, and how it will impact the market for weeks to come.

First, huge rumors came out of Calgary, stating that future Hall of Famer Jaromir Jagr's return to the NHL may be short-lived. A disappointing rumor has emerged suggesting that Jagr's time with the Flames may be extremely limited. And apparently Jagr is the one seeking this.

TSN's Shawn Simpson was the first to touch on the possibility that Jagr could step away from the Calgary Flames

"Give Jagr 10 games," said Simspon. "If he's not feeling it. I think he steps away."

A significant offer for Duchene

A player that you are used to hear his name in the trade rumors is Matt Duchene. According to Pierre McGuire, a team has made a significant offer to acquire the 26-year-old from the Colorado Avalanche

Though we are not sure where the offer is coming from, it could push GM Joe Sakic to lower his asking price in return for the forward. Duchene has been on the trading block for a year, and his start to the season might allow Sakic to get what he's seeking...

Neal headed to Montreal?

James Neal is the best player of the Vegas Golden Knights right now, and teams seeking an offensive punch would dream of landing him. Darren Dreger of TSN has revealed that the Montreal Canadiens is the best fit for a player like Neal, and Habs fans know how desperate the team is to boost their offense.

Though it is not said yet if the Knights will re-sign Neal, who is set to become an unrestricted free agent this summer, if they need to push him on the market at the Trade Deadline, they could win a jackpot.

All of this is to be continued...
