Rumor: Two big names eliminated as potential candidates for the Canucks coaching job.

The Vancouver Canucks have a number of issues to address during their offseason, but one of the larger ones is finding out who the next head coach of their organization will be. 

While we still don't know who that will be, we can start narrowing down the list of potential candidates. According to a report from Canucks Now, TSN radio host Matt Sekeres confirmed today that two big names could be crossed off the list.

Sekeres believes that both former Dallas Stars head coach Lindy Ruff as well as former Los Angeles Kings head coach Darryl Suter are not being considered as candidates for the Canucks head coaching position.

Many believe that head coach of the Utica Comets Travis Green has been the favorite all along, and the fact that these two names aren't being considered could support that theory.
