The Buffalo Sabres called up defenseman Taylor Fedun from the Rochester Americans (AHL), the team announced on Tuesday.
It's already the second call up for the defenseman this season. In two games played earlier this year, Fedun registered one assist and a minus one rating.
The Alberta, Edmonton native was never drafted in the NHL. He played 41 games with the Sabres, the Edmonton Oilers, the San Jose Sharks and the Vancouver Canucks, registering 15 points.
In six seasons in the AHL, Fedun registered 157 points in 296 games, and added eight points in 28 playoff games.
