Sam Bennett has a clear warning for the Oilers and the angry fans in the city of Edmonton.

The Stanley Cup Final has been nothing short of thrilling through the first 2 games of the series thus far, with a whopping 10 periods of hockey being played in those first two games alone.

While the games have been exciting they haven't been without controversy and at the center of much of the controversy we've seen in these playoffs so far as been Florida Panthers forward Sam Bennett. The controversy surrounding Bennett has centered around the contact he has made with Edmonton Oilers goaltender Stuart Skinner, controversy that has been put under a microscope given Bennett's history including an injury to Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Anthony Stolarz during the second round.

There was of course the controversial goal from Game 1 in which Bennett fell into Skinner.

And there was also this incident in Game 2 on Friday night with Bennett again making significant contact with Skinner.

Bennett was asked about his antics following the conclusion of Game 2 and was told that some fans weren't very happy with the way he was playing, but Bennett made it clear that he has no intention of changing things anytime soon.

"No, that's where I am gonna be for the rest of the series," said a defiant Bennett.

It has worked wonders so far for Bennett and the Panthers and the National Hockey League has all but given him the stamp of approval, so I expect we will see more of the same from Bennett in the coming games.
