Scary moment as Darren Dreger almost chokes to death on live TV

Scary moment for a minute on last night’s TSN coverage as Darren Dreger was chatting on Insider Trading when he turned red and was looking for air.

The host Lindsay Hamilton managed to see that Dreger was struggling and asked Jamie McLellan to jump in as Dregs look for air and coughed up when he was choking on.

They took a beat and return where fans were able to see that Dreger was better. He said himself: “Aside from almost expiring on live TV, I live to fight another day.”

Glad to see that Dreger is doing well. As Hamilton points out, this is the thrill of live TV:

Poor Dreger. We are not laughing at him, we are just glad he is doing okay, especially seeing that the footage has gone viral.
