Jackets down Flyers.
Scott Hartnell and the Columbus Blue Jackets came out strong against the Flyers and they defeated Philly 4-1.
The ex-Flyer was kept in the stands the game before last night's, the least we can say is that he got the message from John Tortorella, scoring a goal and adding 2 assists.
The Flyers' winning streak stops at 4. Michael Rafl was the lone scorer and Steve Mason made 30 saves in the loss.
Head coach Dave Hakstol was displeased with his team's execution:
"We just got away from it tonight in every area of the game. We've been successful through everybody going at a high level through 60 minutes, and we didn't do it, bottom line."
Columbus' head coach, John Tortorella, questioned his team's effort in a 2-1 loss to the Florida Panthers at home on Friday and his team responded very well with a superb first period, taking away any momentum from the Philadelphia Flyers.
Philly hasn't win 5 games in a row since March of 2014.
