Scottie Upshall tweets at struggling Stars in the hopes of landing a contract

Without a doubt, the Dallas Stars are the most disappointing team to start the 2019-20 NHL season. Despite loading up with talent during the offseason, the Stars have gone 1-6-1 through their first eight games, captain Jamie Benn has just one goal and Ben Bishop has a sub .900 save percentage. In other words: it’s ugly.

You know what they need? Veteran NHLer Scottie Upshall… at least according to Upshall himself. Remember the preseason game winner that Upshall scored while with the team on a professional tryout (PTO) contract?
