Seattle's Joey Daccord releases eye-popping new mask artwork
Great stuff from Daccord!
Goaltenders are truly among the most unique athletes in sports, as they get to showcase their personalities in specially personalized artwork on their masks.
For Seattle Kraken goaltender Joey Daccord, who will be competing for the backup spot behind Philipp Grubauer against the newly signed Martin Jones, he's going to be heading into training camp with a fresh new paint job on his mask, and it's certainly eye-catching.
He released the artwork earlier today, courtesy of artist Shifty Paint based in Bakersfield, CA.
We've seen some pretty incredible goaltender mask artwork last year during the 1st year of the Kraken's existence, and it looks like the trend is continuing!
