The Senators were completely dominated yesterday in a 7-0 blowout against the Penguins. This loss comes at the worst possible time, since the series is now 3-2 in favor of the Penguins and only one loss separates the Ottawa crew from the golf greens.

When asked about how his team was doing and what was needed to put this tough lough behind, coach Guy Boucher had this very surprising answer.

A healthy dose of honesty is rarely bad in the sport, but the answer is still surprising. We're used to hearing coaches say how well prepared their teams are and how the difference will be made through preparation. Boucher is true to himself though and cut through the proverbial bovine defecation.  It's a true fact that the Penguins are a better team than the Senators on paper. However, the Sens still won 2 games thus far and it's surprising to see a head coach have these words about a very beatable opponent.
