Sheldon Keefe makes controversial lineup changes.
Is Keefe making the right call?
The Toronto Maple Leafs are set to face off against Canadian rivals the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday night, but fans in Toronto are already expressing concern before the game has even gotten underway.
That's because head coach Sheldon Keefe has made a controversial lineup decision for the second straight game, one that appears to be drawing a fair bit of criticism from the Leafs' faithful.
According to Maple Leafs beat reporter Jonas Siegel, Maple Leafs defenseman Timothy Liljegren will be scratched for the second consecutive game.
Keefe has also made adjustments to his forward groups ahead of tonight's game, moving forward Michael Bunting all the way down to the third line in favor of Alex Kerfoot.
The reaction from fans to these changes has been predictably over the top, and it is clear that the Maple Leafs head coach isn't winning anyone over with these changes.
