Edmonton Oilers netminder Stuart Skinner has given up an absolutely awful goal at a critical moment in Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final this evening.

With the Oilers down 2-0 to the Florida Panthers late in the 2nd period, Skinner bobbled a harmless looking point shot and coughed up a terrible rebound that ultimately ended up in the back of the net for a 3-0 Panthers lead.

Watch Skinner cough up a fur ball to Panthers captain Sasha Barkov who banks it off teammate Sam Reinhart and in for a 3-0 lead.

The Panthers are now just 20 minutes away from back to back Stanley Cup championships.

Another game, another first period deficit for the Edmonton Oilers.

The Florida Panthers have come out firing in Game 6, all while Lord Stanley's Mug watches from behind the scenes.

Panthers veteran Sam Reinhart started the evening off with an absolutely beautiful goal in the 1st period, out-muscling Oilers defenseman Mattias Ekholm and firing a puck past goaltender Stuart Skinner for an early lead.

Then, with less than a minute left in the period superstar forward Matthew Tkachuk gave the Panthers a comfortable 2-0 lead.

Not looking so good for the Oil through 20...
