National Hockey League fans know that Nashville Predators defenseman P.K. Subban is loud and exuberant, however, they are just about to find out that the apple does not fall far from the tree.

Subban debuted "P.K. Subban's All-Star Special" on NBC Sports Network following the NHL All-Stars Skills and is presenting "The P.K. Project," an endeavor that shows him at home, reality-show-style. The Preds defender has been very excited about this new adventure.

“Why not?” replied Subban when asked why he’s doing this by NBC’s Mike Tirico. “I mean, you know, this is the first time an active player has been able to kind of do this… and I’m excited for the opportunity…”

And course, he went out all. To promote the show, the blue liner decided to show his mother as his television crew filmed her cheering for him and his team as she attended the Preds' game in Toronto against the Maple Leafs.

Subban's mother, Maria, is shown screaming at the referees, commenting the game and moves from players, and of course cheering on her son and his teammates as they recorded a goal. She is also seen frowning as the Maple Leafs scored with the horn blasting as she pouts in her seat.

Yes, she is as loud and extroverted - just like her son.
