Whoa! This is wild to me!

During a game in the Swiss National League (NL), Tobias Fohrler of HC Ambri-Piotta was ejected and subsequently suspended for two games for punching linesman Sandro Gurtner in the face.
Here's how it all played out:
From the video explanation:
During the game between HC Ambri-Piotta and HC Ajoie, Tobias Fohrler got into an altercation with Eric Gélinas before punching linesman Sandro Gurtner in the face.
Fohrler has provisionally been suspended for two games. For his actions.
To me it looks like Fohrler accidentally hit the ref while trying to get at his opponent. Still... I would think that even an accidental punch would come with a much stiffer penalty than just two games!?!?
