We've seen some silly instances of this kind of thing in the past, and the latest example has arrived.
It appears as though the Tampa Bay Lightning have introduced a new policy for fans in attendance at Amalie Arena sitting in the club seating section that no opposition team colors are allowed.
In the past, we've seen certain organizations attempt to limit opposition fan presence in their buildings by prohibiting ticket sales to fans in the geographic area of the opposition team.
The Lightning are confirmed to be playing their in-state rival Florida Panthers in Round 1 of the upcoming Stanley Cup Playoffs, the second time in the last three seasons that the division foes have faced one another in the postseason.
