
Oh boy... this is about as bad as it gets.
UPDATE 2: Marie-Philip Poulin has not joined the team for the start of the 2nd period, despite coming back to the bench for the end of the 1st period.
She, in fact, did not play the rest of the game, a game that Canada won 5-1 easily. Obviously her status for tomorrow's potential Gold Medal preview match against Team USA is very much up in the air.

UPDATE: Aaaaaaaand she's back. False Alarm: Team Canada captain Marie-Philip Poulin has returned to the team's bench to end the 1st period and appears to be okay.
It's worth reporting though that she did not take a shift to end the period. Stay tuned for further reports.

Team Canada's captain Marie-Philip Poulin has left today's game against Team Czechia after suffering an apparent leg injury after taking a huge hit and a fall in the 1st period of tonight's game.
Poulin went down hard and needed help off the ice, favoring her left leg the entire time.
