Team Russia Names Their Captain

Team Russia has elected their captain this morning.

Team Russia has named Alexander Ovechkin their captain this morning, reports The Score.

An obvious choice, Ovechkin had donned the “C” during the 2014 World Championship where he led the Russians to the gold medal.

Former Russia captain Pavel Datsyuk and Evgeni Malkin will both wear the "A".
