The men representing the United States of America in the Men's Hockey Tournament at the Winter Olympic Games have come under fire after being compared to their Canadian counterparts.

A pair of videos captured by Hockey GamedayTV on Instagram have highlighted a stark contrast between how the men from Team Canada and Team USA have been interacting with the fans. The contrast did not appear to be intentional as the first video was published highlighting how the players from Canada were going out of their way to give some love to the fans who paid premium prices to attend the Winter Olympic Games for this tournament.

Later that same day a video was captured of the American players coming off the ice after a game against Denmark, with the contrast between how the two squads treated their fans on full display.

The criticism from fans has come in hot after the video has quickly made the rounds on social media although it seems two men in particular are facing the brunt of it. Team USA captain Auston Matthews and Team USA head coach Mike Sullivan have been the primary targets of that criticism with fans suggesting that both men should be leading by example.

At the end of the day this isn't a big deal, but it does seem to have rubbed some fans the wrong way. Be sure to let me know your thoughts on this one in the comments.
