UPDATE: The Washington Capitals have pulled off yet another trade today, sending Declan Chisholm to the New Jersey Devils for a 4th round pick.

This just in, the Washington Capitals have traded forward Hendrix Lapierre to the Pittsburgh Penguins in exchange for a 3rd round pick and a 5th round pick.
The 24 year old Lapierre has simply been pushed out of a role given all the recent moves made by the Capitals this offseason.
He'll get a fresh start in Pittsburgh and a chance to take his career to the next level.
