It appears the New York Rangers will have to do without their star goaltender for at least one more game.

Rangers' goalie Henrik Lundqvist skated on Sunday but won't dress for the club's matchup against the New York Islanders.

The 34-year old was forced out of Thursday's loss against the Pittsburgh Penguins after colliding with teammate Ryan McDonagh. Lundqvist was forced to knock his own net off it's moorings to get a whistle and ensure he could safely get to the Rangers' bench. Lundqvist was slapped with a delay of game penalty after the incident.

Despite initial concern, it appears Lundqvist's injury is not a serious one.

"He's on the right track," Rangers head coach Alain Vigneault said. "It should be just a day or two more."

Antti Raanta will get his second straight start after recording 32 saves in a 3-2 victory over the Washington Capitals on Friday.
