The good news for the Tampa Bay Lightning is that they defeated the visiting Montreal Canadiens last night at Amalie Arena. The bad news is that they lost a player to injury, who won't be back any time soon.

Forward Haydn Fleury exited the game after blocking a shot with his hand, and he's been placed onto Long Term Injured Reserve.

Additionally, Erik Cernak was absolutely blasted by Josh Anderson and didn't return.

The Lightning have since made a roster move:

In the 12 games that Fleury has skated in this season with Tampa Bay, he's scored one goal while adding a pair of assists.
