While no new names were added to the waiver wire on Friday, but three players from yesterday’s patch were claimed.

First, the Ottawa Senators have claimed forward Boris Katchouk off waivers from the Blackhawks. He finishes his Chicago tenure with 26 points in 117 games. His contract is up at season’s end and nothing indicated that he was about to get extended by the Hawks. He has five goals and four assists in 38 games this season.

Defenseman William Lagesson was claimed off of waivers from the Toronto Maple Leafs by the Anaheim Ducks.

The 28-year-old took part in 30 games with Toronto this year.

Finally, the Florida Panthers claimed Tobias Bjornfot off waivers from the Vegas Golden Knights.

After acquiring Noah Hanifin and Anthony Mantha, Vegas was over the 23-player roster limit before placing Bojrnfot on waivers.

The 22-year-old defenseman was on the IR since Jan. 13. He’s played in just three games this season and has yet to register a point.

As for the rest, Tony DeAngelo (CAR), Brendan Lemieux (CAR), Antti Raanta (CAR), Jordan Oesterle (CGY) and Evan Cormier (FLA) all cleared waivers.
