This just in, three veteran players have hit the NHL waiver wire today:
The 27 year old Hunt has played just 2 games for the Flames this season and 16 games for the AHL's Calgary Wranglers. I can't see any other NHL teams being interested in him.
Jones is in a similar spot. Pointless in 19 games for the Wild this season and, like Hunt, seems like he's destined for a career as an AHLer.
Zamula though... he could generate some interest on the waiver wire. The 25 year old blue liner has played just 13 games for the Flyers this season, but he played a full campaign the past two years, scoring 21 points in 2023-24 and 15 points in 2024-25.
