Spencer Foo has made his decision.

While there were reportedly multiple National Hockey League organizations still involved even towards the end, Foo has made a surprising choice and will be joining the Calgary Flames next season.

Foo was a largely unheralded college prospect until he had a monstrous breakout season in 2016-2017 for Union College. Foo recorded an incredible 26 goals and 36 assists for 62 points in just 38 games.

Needless to say, those numbers got the attention of several NHL franchises, but Calgary will be walking away with Foo today, and it has to be consider a huge win for their organization.
