He does it again.
John Tortorella is at it again. He threw is team under the bus after an overtime loss to the LA Kings.
He wasn't please with his team efforts.
"That was men against boys tonight. We should be embarrassed. I am. I am. Obviously, I’m not doing a good enough job to get the team ready in these type of situations. I’m totally embarrassed by the way we played."
Obviously, losing G Sergei Bobrovsky's injury late in the third period did not help Tortorella's team, but it seems a bit harsh when you have a last place team competing with the LA Kings, a team who is on a roll right now and standing in second place in the Western conference.
Still, even if Tortorella's comments look a bit too much, he still holds a winning record since joining the Blue Jackets. His team is 11-10-1 since Todd Richards was fired.
