This just in, the Detroit Red Wings and Tampa Bay Lightning have hooked up on a trade that sees forward Adam Erne go from Tampa to Detroit in exchange for a fourth round pick.
Check it out:
The 24 year old Erne played his first full NHL season in 2018-19, putting up seven goals and 20 points in 65 games. The 6 foot, 1 inch, 215 pound winger was originally drafted in the 2nd round (33rd overall) of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. Coincidentally, Red Wings general manager Steve Yzerman was at the helm in Tampa when Erne was drafted.
