The Philadelphia Flyers and defenseman Travis Sanheim have come to terms on a new contract, a two-year pact worth a reported $4.675 million AAV:
A native of Elkhorn, MB, Sanheim was selected by the Flyers with the 17th overall selection of the 2014 NHL Draft.
Sanheim tallied three goals with 12 assists, along with a less than spectacular minus-12 plus/minus rating in 55 games during the shortened 2020-21 NHL Season. He's a veteran of 255 career NHL games, with a total of 22 goals and 63 career assists.
