The Anaheim Ducks and forward Troy Terry have agreed to a seven-year contract extension, it was announced Wednesday.
The two sides were originally scheduled to go to arbitration later today.
While the dollar value of the deal was not immediately announced, the contract is reportedly worth a $7M AAV, per Chris Johnston.
Terry is just a year removed from a breakout 37-goal season with the Ducks. Last season, he recorded 23 goals and 61 points in 70 games.
The 25-year-old forward was selected 148th overall by the Ducks in the 2015 NHL Draft and has 75 goals and 176 points in his 274-game career.
