The Toronto Maple Leafs were missing two of their regulars ahead of Saturday's game against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

On Saturday morning, the Toronto Sun's Terry Koshan reported that both Maple Leafs enforcer Ryan Reaves and Maple Leafs defenseman T.J. Brodie were missing from the team's morning skate.

Reaves was of course seen being helped off the ice after an awkward collision into the boards earlier this week so his absence comes as little surprise, Brodie's absence however could mean even more trouble for a Maple Leafs blue line that has struggled at times this season.

The Toronto Sun's Lance Hornby has speculated that Brodie could be the latest victim of the flu bug that has been going around, however nothing official at this time on Brodie's absence.

Here is how the Maple Leafs lineup looks in lieu of the absences:

Forwards:
Knies-Matthews-Nylander
Bertuzzi-Tavares-Marner
Robertson-Domi-Jarnkrok
McMann-Kampf-Gregor
Holmberg

Defensemen:
Rielly-Liljegren
Lagesson-McCabe
Benoit-Timmins
Lajoie

Goaltenders:
Jones
Samsonov
