It seems like one player's stand against his horrible situation has inspired some of the young men around him.

Yesterday we reported that Montreal Canadiens prospect William Bitten had demanded a trade as a result of the situation he found himself in as a member of the Ontario Hockey League's Flint Firebirds, and perhaps more importantly, how he felt that impacted his ability to develop as a hockey player.

Now according to a report from ABC's Ryan Slocum, two more players have joined Bitten in their boycott of the Firebirds and both of them have also demanded trades. The problem here is neither of these players has the pedigree and as a result the influence bitten does, they are goaltender Kyle Keyser and center Cullen Mercer.

It's still entirely unclear how this will be handled by both the team and the OHL, but one thing is certain, this situation is going from bad to worse for the Firebirds.
