Two sources report Montreal looking to trade one of their top forwards.

It sounds like there are big changes coming to the Montreal Canadiens. 

First, CTV's Brian Wilde has reported that veteran forward Alex Galchenyuk could be traded and while this may seem surprising to several fans, there is now another source echoing this report.

Sportsnet insider Elliotte Friedman made very similar comments during a recent radio interview, and his statement was even more strongly worded that the one from Wilde.

“I do think Montreal will try and trade Galchenyuk,” said Friedman as per Fanrag's Chris Nichols. “I do. I think it’s likely he’s going to go.”
