Unexpected move from Vegas and Fleury for tonight’s NHL Expansion Draft.
Classy move by Vegas and George McPhee.

It’s the worst kept secret in hockey: Marc Andre Fleury is headed to Vegas. Except, we don’t just mean for the 2017-18 NHL season. We mean now. Like, right now!
TSN insider Bob McKenzie reports that Fleury is travelling to Vegas and will be in attendance as the Vegas Golden Knights reveal their roster at the NHL Awards tonight in Las Vegas. It’s an unexpected move, but an important one that only serves to highlight the professionalism of Fleury once again. The veteran goaltender, just days from his third Stanley Cup victory with the Pittsburgh Penguins has every right to feel slighted by the franchise that drafted and developed him, but instead he’s turning the page and enthusiastically jumping into the role of being a franchise player for a brand new team.
How can you not love Marc Andre Fleury? Go Fleury and go Knights!
