The NHL has announced that it postponed the game between the New York Islanders and the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday.

The game scheduled for 7:30 pm at the Barclays Centre in Brooklyn is cancelled due to heavy snow storm in the New York area.

This is the third game the NHL has postponed since Friday because of the Blizzard hitting the East coast of the United States.

The Washington Capitals have seen both of their games cancelled, Friday against the Anaheim Ducks and Sunday when the Pittsburg Penguins were supposed to visit. Alex Ovechkin and his teammates won't practice until Monday.
