The Edmonton Oilers are currently dealing with a number on injuries, but thankfully Monday came with some good news.

According to a report from Edmonton Oilers play by play voice Jack Michaels there were positive updates on Oilers forward Kailer YamamotoOscar Klefbom and James Neal on Monday, perfect timing for a team looking to secure a favorable position in the upcoming 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Now the news was not perfect as only one of the three men will be ready to play effective immediately, but it was good news nonetheless.

Michaels reports that Kailer Yamamoto is back and considering that he arguably has emerged this season as one of the Oilers most important forwards that is terrific news indeed. As for both Klefbom and Neal it sounds like they are not quite ready to go just yet, however Michaels does report that there is a "good chance" that they will in fact return to action on the Oilers upcoming road trip.
