The greatest rivalry in hockey renews today with Team Canada taking on Team USA in preliminary play at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

Canada, of course, take the ice without captain Marie-Philip Poulin after she suffered an injury against Czechia yesterday. USA meanwhile, looks to keep rolling after some near perfect play to begin the tournament.

And rolling they have been...

USA absolutely took the play to Canada in the game's opening shifts and Caroline Harvey opened up the scoring just a few minutes in with a fantastic goal.

And they weren't done there... Hannah Bilka put the Americans up 2-0 late in the 1st period with an incredible pass from Abbey Murphy.
