Vegas officially unveils name/logo for new AHL team to mixed reaction

When the Vegas Golden Knights purchased the San Antonio Rampage of the AHL, the plan all along was to move the Texan club to its native Nevada to be closer to its NHL sister.
Now… the transformation is complete.
Introducing the AHL’s newest team: The Henderson Silver Knights!

I’m not gonna lie… I kinda love it.
It’s like a cross between the Calgary Flames’ popular “horse head” logo and the Kings’ old silver crown logo. It’s not as good as Vegas’ logo, but it’s a solid look.
No word yet on what the uniform will look like just yet, but here’s hoping they go all out with silver helmets and gloves to give things a true knight-like look.
