The Vegas Golden Knights have officially announced their opening night roster for tonight's game against the Seattle Kraken at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Golden Knights, of course, will raise their 2022-23 Stanley Cup banner this evening and afterward they'll ice a team with exactly $0 in salary cap space. That's right.... the Golden Knights' 23 man roster comes in at $83 million on the dot, with exactly zero dollars to spare.
Crazy... I don't think GM Kelly McCrimmon could make that happen again if it were his sole purpose.
