Veteran back in the lineup for the Flames.

One more chance for this once prolific player.

After being a healthy scratch for the past 8 games, Dennis Wideman is back in the lineup for tonight's match-up against the Jets.

Wideman's will get a chance to join the regular lineup as Michael Stone is out due to an ''Upper body injury''. The 33 years old is struggling this year, with 16 points in 52 games played.

However, with the playoffs approaching fast, his experience might pay off for the team. The Flames are expected to make a deep push in this year contest for the Cup and Wideman maturity is obviously a positive perk for the team. With good performances, he might crack the regular lineup once again.
