Two time Stanley Cup champion Kyle Clifford is calling it a career.

The 34 year old Clifford won two Cups with the Los Angeles Kings in both 2012 and 2014 and played in 753 NHL games split between the Kings, St. Louis Blues and Toronto Maple Leafs. He played the past two seasons with the Leafs' AHL affiliate Toronto Marlies.

Kings insider John Hoven reports that Clifford has accepted a role in player development with the Leafs.

All the best, Colonel! You put together one mighty fine career!
