Veteran forward on pace for his best season drawing a lot of interest.

After trading away arguably their most valuable asset in Ryan Johansen yesterday,, the Columbus Blue Jackets are now facing another difficult decision, one that comes in the form of another potential trade.

According to Aaron Portzline, who was the first to report the rumored trade of Johansen to Nashville, the Jackets have received several calls from the New York Rangers. Portzline reports that the Rangers are particularly interested in five year veteran Cam Atkinson, who's on pace for the best season of his career.

It's going to be a tough call for the Jackets, Atkinson has stepped up in a major way under head coach John Tortorella, and they may be loathe to part with him for that very reason, although with that said his trade value may never be this high again.
