In all seriousness, the Oilers' 8-3 loss to the Dallas Stars on Tuesday evening has put a giant spotlight on this team and all their deficiencies. Captain Connor McDavid was critical of his team on Tuesday evening, highlighting his team's terrible defence and goaltending and how the entire team's struggles have affecting those positions.
It's clear that this is a frustrated team.
And in practice today those frustrations boiled over. Injured forward Kasperi Kapanen appeared to re-injure himself in practice and left the ice in a bit of a tiff. He can be seen smashing his stick and spilling over the team's stick collection on the ice.
