Victor Mete reveals some life changing news on social media

Former Montreal Canadiens, Ottawa Senators and Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Victor Mete announced on Instagram earlier today that he and his wife Courtney Mete are expecting a child. When, you ask? Literally any day now!

Victor, who spent last season split between the Leafs and their AHL affiliate Toronto Marlies, signed a one year, two-way deal with the Philadelphia Flyers this past offseason. He has played five games with the Flyers' AHL affiliate Lehigh-Valley Phantoms so far this season, putting up one point.
